Our mission is to support and empower disabled people, Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs), and other marginalised communities by co-developing accessible and inclusive online training courses. We focus on generating income, protecting intellectual property, and building long-term capacity whilst enabling control, independence, and opportunity on people’s own terms.
Our vision is a future where disabled people and other marginalised voices are not just included, but are leading, thriving, and reshaping what equity, fairness, and power truly look like in society.

Our platform is designed so that DPOs, disabled individuals, and other marginalised voices retain ownership of their intellectual property, face no upfront costs, and can generate income through the training they deliver.
